The 90-Day Decode · Founding Cohort

Your English should sound as professional as you are.

professional /prəˈfɛʃənəl/

In 90 days you'll pronounce English clearly enough that people stop asking you to repeat yourself — and follow fast, natural speech without losing the thread. No accent shame. No "sound native." Just clear.

The Promise

A different experience of every meeting, call, and conversation.

This was never a competence problem. You already have the authority — what nobody ever taught you is the code underneath spoken English: the sounds, the stress, the rhythm, the way real words melt into each other.

How It Works

Three systems. One code.

01
Month 1

The Sound System

Vowels, consonants, mouth positions — the building blocks most courses skip.

02
Month 2

The Flow System

Linking, reductions, weak forms — why fast English stops sounding like a blur.

03
Month 3

The Confidence System

Stress, rhythm, intonation — taken into real conversation, real meetings, real calls.

What Changes

Not more grammar. A different result.

Say what you mean, the first time. No rehearsing the sentence in your head before a meeting or a call.
Catch fast, real English as it happens. Follow native speed instead of missing every third word.
Pick up the phone without the dread. The hesitation that used to come before every call, gone.

Meet Your Coach

Meet Sal

I have taught English for more than 25 years, specialising in pronunciation, phonetics and professional communication. I created The Pronunciation Code because capable English speakers were still being misunderstood — not because their grammar was poor, but because nobody had ever taught them how spoken English actually works.

Real Results

What my students say

Instead of guessing from spelling, I started understanding the sounds behind English. The focus was on clarity, not on losing my accent.

Sergio Caccavale
Meetings & Clients

Sal's method gave me a clear, practical understanding of English sounds. I now feel more confident speaking in class and helping students.

Federica D'Angelo
Primary School Teacher

I stopped speaking word by word and started sounding more natural. I feel much more fluent now that I understand how English sounds move together.

Francesco Catalano
Professional Communication

What I learn with him stays in my mind and I can actually use it in real situations. It's been a big help for my growth.

Is This For You?

This isn't for everyone. That's intentional.

Not for you if you're…
  • A complete beginner
  • Looking for grammar lessons
  • Trying to erase your identity and imitate a native accent
This is for you if you…
  • Already use English professionally
  • Want your voice to communicate the same clarity and competence you bring to your work

The time objection

You don't need more hours in your day — 20 minutes a day, plus two short calls a week, is the whole commitment.

Questions

Before you claim your seat

Who is this for?

Mid-career professionals, B1–B2 English level, who want clearer pronunciation for meetings, calls, and everyday confidence — not more grammar drills.

How much time does it take?

About 20 minutes a day on the self-paced systems, plus your weekly 1:1 coaching session and weekly group session.

What if I'm not sure my level is high enough?

If you can already hold a work conversation in English, you're ready. This isn't a beginner course — it's built for people who are already communicating and want to sound as sharp as they are.

What happens after the 90 days?

You'll have a clear system to keep improving on your own, plus ongoing access to The Pronunciation Code community.

When does it start, and how many seats are there?

10 founding seats. Doors open right after the free workshop on July 23 and close Monday, July 27. The cohort begins Tuesday, July 28.

Real people, real results — Federica, Sergio, Francesco, Simone & Pradeep already proved it works.

Your English should sound as professional as you are.
